Getting Message:"a problem repeatedly occurred"

Using an IMac on some sites such as Trip Advisor Forums, individual topics, using Safari. If I try using Chrome I get a Ops message. Any thoughts? According to the App Store I am up to date with His Sierra 10.13.6

I don't follow. You get the error in Safari on Trip Advisor? Do you get it with Chrome as well? Where are you seeing the error? Do you get it on other sites?

When using Safari and go to Trip Advisor Forums and click on a topic I get that message. This morning the same thing occurred on a shopping site when I tried to finalize a purchase.
If I do the same searches with Chrome I get an error "Aw Snap" with a blank page
