I believe that a part of any payment goes toward some hat fund that somehow gets sent to certain members who may show signs that they may need or somehow earned a larger hat. Regardless, any monies paid will be well utilized somehow I'm sure.

I think I heard some sort of rumour that some Texan was looking to replace their already huge BBQ with a newer and improved model. Maybe it's to match their hat. :Mischievous:
