How do I delete the GarageBand Sound Library?

I uninstalled GarageBand, but System Information -> Storage +> Manage tells me I still have 25GB of Sound Library there. Clicking on Remove doesn’t seem to remove it. That section is still showing it as there.

The sound files including loops, etc are located at:

Macintosh HD/your user name/library/Application Support/GarageBand

and

Macintosh HD/your user name/library/Audio/Apple Loops

NOTE: Your user library is hidden by default so you will need to unhide it in order to find and delete those files.

Yes, rebooted. Still showing as being there. Strange.

Try googling using your statement:
SystemInformation is still showing [RemoveGarageBand Sound Library]

Lot's of varios hits there.

I didn't notice what OS version you are using, in case that makes a difference, and maybe add that to another google search if you need more help.


Opps, almost forgot to mention Find Any File.app (FAF) you might find useful and might need it to locate some of the surplus stuff a bit easier.
