when this big boy runs past it's support. Would I be able to attend to the graphics card? What would the limitations be?

Besides the fact that opening a 2015 iMac is a real project in itself (glued together). Would need to find out if the video hardware is socketed or soldered to the logic board. If it's socketed...then the video card would be replaceable. If it's not socketed...then the whole logic board would need to be replaced. In either case...it would be a VERY VERY expensive repair...and unlikely either scenario would be pursued due to cost.

Why are you concerned about such an occurrence?? Why worry yourself to death about something that may never happen. There are MANY thing's that can go wrong with a computer...can't worry about them all!;) Just use it...and if something should happen...deal with it when it happens.:)
