Powermac G5 Logic Board replacement

I have a Powermac G5 Dual 2.0GHZ that needs a new logic board. Have any of you had to replace these? And if so, whats the best place to get it? I am sure I can replace it if I can build a PC so I don't necessarily want to ship it off.

you would have to find an apple reseller that would sell you one.
if its still under your warrenty you will have to take it in as the old logic boards ar sent back to apple

No warranty, so I am trying to find my cheapest option.
