That doesn't help with the links I have in the bookmark bar. The text is just a tad small.

You'll get used to it. I run my iMac at max resolution and my eyes are a lot older than yours. :Cool: What I love is being able to put three pages of a Word document at 125% zoom on screen at once to create and edit. And with the split screen capability of El Capitan it's a pleasure being able to have 2 documents on screen side by side.

I haven't tried loading up three pages at once. I do have my Samsung 24" monitor, which was attached to the MacBook Pro, attached to the iMac. It is great for looking at things like e-mail.

My vision has been iffy for quite a while. I had to have corneal transplant surgery in the mid '80s. My vision is far better than it used to be (was 20/400 at one point I think) but there are some things that can be tough. I'm going to experiment with some of the other magnification options but I've generally avoided that in the past.
