Disable FaceTime HD Camera on iMac

I'm trying to restrict my kids from using the camera and would like to know how I can disable the camera. My main issue is with Photo Booth but I think it's best to disable the camera so that no other application can use the camera.

I have Mac OS 10.7.2 (Lion)

Thanks a mill for any suggestions.

Sure, limit applications and turn OFF facetime and photobooth.
