UPDATE! The Macbook Pro ;) works wonderfully. It doesn't handle some video processing in games as well as my pc but the processor and ram outperform my pc with leaps and bounds thus making it somewhat of a fair trade off. Not to mention I love the other benefits of having the macbook pro instead of my desktop such as: portability (of course), noise (SOOOOOOO much quiter than my desktop), and the small extras (such as the built in webcam and widgets which are things I didn't really care about but I actually see myself using more than I thought). Thanks for the advice and any future advice any may give.
