Hey...ok, this is really beginning to drive me crazy. I love my Mac tons, but after years of using Word on a PC I can't seem to get it to do things that I want it to do on my macbook.
So I am running Word 2004 and my professor is crazy strict about wanting long quotes to be double indented (for instance, when citing another source indenting the quote on the left and right so that it is clearly defined within the paragraph.)
Only problem is when I try to do this, the entire document is indented. Can someone please offer a way to fix this?
Also, while I'm here I might as well say I am having the same problem with bullets. I highlight the lines I want a bullet in front of and it puts a bullet in a completely different section lines above where I want it....any suggestions?
Thanks!!
