I'm well acquainted with this, and while Apple is lumping this as an iCloud service, it's really just you re-downloading apps from the App Store in a more convenient manner. This is a whole different beast from the "full" iCloud service that will eventually sync your personal content that you didn't acquire from Apple. Same as above. From what I understand, Apple wasn't allowed by the music industry to let users re-download music they bought. It would seem saner minds have finally prevailed. But still… you are simply re-downloading the music from the iTMS. As before… stuff you have purchased from Apple and are simply re-downloading it from them. There's nothing to figure out. There is no feature in iOS 4.3.3 that allows for this, and if there was, it wouldn't have disappeared by upgrading OS X on the desktop. You are either mistaken about what you were doing or lying about what version of iOS you are or were using. Or maybe you jailbroke your iPhone and were using 3rd-party tools to do this. Don't know, don't care. Not going to waste any further time on this. Have a nice day.
