[QUOTE="serato, post: 1107076, member: 149610"] I own a macbook pro unibody(late 2008). a few months the laptop feel off my night stand. it looked as if the hinge was broken(left side). the laptop was working fine. i found the hinge on ebay but never replaced it because it was working fine. then about two weeks ago the screen stopped working. i took it to a mac specialist for repair(no applecare). he told me that it didn't need the hinge and that the screen had disattached from hinge and it needed two screws and some glue. when i pick it up, they tell me that there are red blotched on screen because the inverter cable had partially ripped from logic board. i would need a new logic board that cost about $700. i just want to sell it and get a new one. where is a good place to sell? thanks.
