Using unique hyperlinks in mail merge

I am trying to insert a unique hyperlink for each person getting the mail merge. My list in on an excel file and I am using word for the document and outlook for the mail. I am able to create a single hyperlink but they do not change for each person getting the email. I am not using numbers or apple email since I will be limited on the amount of emails i can send and on the mail merge.
