Upgrade imac 2013 processor which one is possible?

I did a little research...and according to this Youtube video...the guy upgraded a 2019 21.5" iMac with an i3 CPU to an i9 CPU...
...but I haven't found anything verifying if a 2013 iMac can be upgraded to an i9.
I would think if this were possible...there would definitely be some easy to find DIY instructions on how to do it...or there would be some YouTube videos on it.
Not saying I spent hours researching...but so far no bueno.
