Is there any way to track internet usage from my computer.
I have NetWork Traffic Monitor installed and can track the bulk traffic (does not show individual deviceds) over my Airport Extreme. With my browser closed, I still see .03mb of data being constantly uploaded to the internet. It uses about 200 to 250mb a day, which is most of what I'm allowed on my plan. I've checked my Activity Monitor and do not see any activity that coincides. any ideas of how I can find this would be appreciated. Imac 8,1 early 2008, Yosemite 10.10.3, Excede Satellite IP.
