totally screwed=up calendar

At home my wife and I between us run 3 Macs, an iMac 27 inch and 2 MacBook Pro's. Unfortunately our systems have been completely screwed up by curious small fingers.

Does anyone know or can advise me:

a Is it possible to re-instal just the calendar application back to its default setting?
b) if ado, how?

Not enough to go on. You will need to provide a LOT more info.

There is nothing to re-install from the application perspective since it's a built-in app.

Are you using iCloud calendar, GMail, something else? How was it setup? How is it not working now?
