Hello everyone. I am completely stuck on an issue with my MacBook. It is a brand new book with OSX etc. And I recently bought a Genius Tablet Now I downloaded the new drivers from the website and tried the ones on the desk to the same result. Everything installed successfully, the device is plugged in Via USB. The Mac is on charge so plenty of power. However, when I go to the tablet settings it tells me the to plug the device in or install the drivers. The light on the tablet keeps flashing and the Mac keeps telling me to plug it in or install the drivers. Everything is there and so I havent got a clue whats wrong It tells me the driver wasnt started or is unavailable. I have tried both USB ports on the MacBook, and have rebooted many times and once it worked. I rebooted and it worked perfect. Rebooted again with the same setup (IE same things plugged in etc) and this time...nothing same error as before. Please help
