Simultaneous playback to 30 wireless ear/headphones?

Hi,

how can I play meditation music simultaneously to approx up to 30 people in one room via stereo ear- or headphones? I assume going wireless is the best option? Thanks for any advice!

That would probably be ideal, but unfortunately, I believe the affordable ones for public use only support about three users. But it would be nice if I was wrong.

I know there must be other units around as my wife's church has many units available for the hard of hearing congregation members. I nor she do not know what they use, but they are included with their sound system. Sorry.
