In he old iPhoto application there was a simple procedure to turn a B & W photo to sepia tone.In photo I am told to go to Edit > filters and pick one of the options, none of which is sepia, in fact I see very little difference between any of the options. Am I missing something?

Hi Poppi - not sure which macOS you are using and Photos version? I'm not a big Photos user (on Catalina) but just tried to edit a pic and seems that a 'sepia' selection is not an option (of course, may be missing something) - so did a search and found this Article implying that you need to select the settings to simulate sepia - of course, there may be other 'imaging software' that retain that option? Hopefully, some others will 'chime in' who use Photos and/or other apps that address your concern? Dave :)
