I have been given a ring 2 doorbell for Christmas but cannot get it to operate as when I try to set it up I can get as far as wifi and this is where it fails, it says connected but no internet connection tried switching the firewall and the vpn also rebooted the hub 3 but still getting the same message. One suggestion is to make sure I am running at 2.4ghz and not 5.0ghz how do I get into the hub settings, any other tips to overcome this problem would be very helpful,
