[QUOTE="stickboyort, post: 1369627, member: 237911"] Hello all, My wife stated the other day that her Mid 2010 MacBook was running more slowly then normal. After some basic trouble shooting fixes failed I opened up Acitvity Monitor and noticed that a process called ReportCrash was using nearly a 25% of the CPU every 8-11 seconds. I did some research online and discovered that most likely a program/process keeps trying to run and ReportCrash keeps logging it. Then I opened up the Console and found the following: Process: avgnotifyd [76857] Path: /opt/avg/*/avgnotifyd Identifier: avgnotifyd Version: ??? (???)
