Have you?</p><p></p><p>I agree that it is unlikely to be the OP's problem, but it was a good suggestion by bobtomay in that it is an easy thing to check, it doesn't cost anything to do, and you don't even need a utility to deal with it. Cleaning off one's desktop is definitely worth a try when one is experiencing a slowdown, especially since it has been shown to work for others in the past.</p></blockquote><p></p>
