I'll post a portion of it, because the rest completely jumbled. However, there is one thing I noticed about both crash reports (from Office and Illustrator), they all have this
Microsoft Error Reporting log version: 2.0 Error Signature: Exception: EXC_BAD_ACCESS Date/Time: 2012-09-18 23:46:30 -0400 Application Name: Microsoft Word Application Bundle ID: com.microsoft.Word Application Signature: MSWD Application Version: 14.0.0.100825 Crashed Module Name: ATS Crashed Module Version: unknown Crashed Module Offset: 0x0000eafe Blame Module Name: ATS Blame Module Version: unknown Blame Module Offset: 0x0000eafe Application LCID: 1033 Extra app info: Reg=en Loc=0x0409 Crashed thread: 0 Loaded modules: 0: ATSHI.dylib: /System/Library/Frameworks/ApplicationServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/ATS.framework/Versions/A/Resources/ATSHI.dylib 1: Microsoft Word (14.0.0.100825 Reg=en Loc=0x0409): /Applications/Microsoft Office 2011/Microsoft Word.app/Contents/MacOS/Microsoft Word 2: mbukernel (14.0.0.100825 Reg=English Loc=0x0000): /Applications/Microsoft Office 2011/Microsoft Word.app/Contents/MacOS/../../../Office/mbukernel.framework/Versions/14/mbukernel 3: MicrosoftSetupUI (14.0.0.100825 Reg=en Loc=0x0000): /Applications/Microsoft Office 2011/Microsoft Word.app/Contents/MacOS/../../../Office/MicrosoftSetupUI.framework/Versions/14/MicrosoftSetupUI 4: MicrosoftComponentPlugin (14.0.0.100825 Reg=en Loc=0x0000): /Applications/Microsoft Office 2011/Microsoft Word.app/Contents/MacOS/../../../Office/MicrosoftComponentPlugin.framework/Versions/14/MicrosoftComponentPlugin 5: Netlib (14.0.0.100825 Reg=English Loc=0x0000): /Applications/Microsoft Office 2011/Microsoft Word.app/Contents/MacOS/../../../Office/Netlib.framework/Versions/14/Netlib 6: MicrosoftOLE (14.0.0.100825 Reg=English Loc=0x0000): /Applications/Microsoft Office 2011/Microsoft Word.app/Contents/MacOS/../../../Office/MicrosoftOLE.framework/Versions/14/MicrosoftOLE 7: MicrosoftOLEAutomation (14.0.0.100825 Reg=English Loc=0x0000): /Applications/Microsoft Office 2011/Microsoft Word.app/Contents/MacOS/../../../Office/MicrosoftOLEAutomation.framework/Versions/14/MicrosoftOLEAutomation 8: merp (2.2.4.100825 Reg=en Loc=0x0000): /Applications/Microsoft Office 2011/Microsoft Word.app/Contents/MacOS/../../../Office/merp.framework/Versions/14/merp 9: MSXML (14.0.0.100825 Reg=English Loc=0x0000): /Applications/Microsoft Office 2011/Microsoft Word.app/Contents/MacOS/../../../Office/MSXML.framework/Versions/14/MSXML 10: MicrosoftOffice (14.0.0.100825 Reg=en Loc=0x0000): /Applications/Microsoft Office 2011/Microsoft Word.app/Contents/MacOS/../../../Office/MicrosoftOffice.framework/Versions/14/MicrosoftOffice Microsoft Application Information: Error Reporting UUID: 6B35B438-5A1F-4EED-9D7C-1A9BF8DA7019 Time from launch: 0 hours, 0 minutes, 3 seconds Total errors on this client: 65
Again, those are excerpts taken from the report. And I don't know if this has anything to do with my problems, but this week, my Firefox would constantly crash and the problem would fix itself only after I restarted. But I'll do a scan with the DVD, I'll get back to you the latest tomorrow or day after as a family member is borrowing the install DVD for their Mac. But thanks again for your help.
