I moved your post from a 8+ year old thread to it's own thread.

Please provide the specifics abut your devices (names, versions of OS) and what printer you are using and all that detail.

A bit more info would certainly be helpful to understand the problem.

Make and model of printer, connection methods, Mac OS versions being used and the Max and devices models would certainly be a help.

Have you tried resetting the printer setup on the map or the device that's not working and is any of them working properly and consistently?

Many (most?) printing problems can be fixed by resetting the printing system.

For older Macs:

- Open System Preferences --> Printers & Scanners

- In the Printers & Scanners dialog window, click on something in the
Printers list on the left.

- Do a Control-left click, or a right click, and pick: Reset Printing
System.

Download fresh drivers from the Web site of the manufacturer of your printer.

Install the fresh printer drivers and set up your printer again.

The procedure is similar if you have a very recent Macintosh. Instructions are here:

Is this a cable connected printer or WiFi?

How about we wait for the OP to actually provide some info before we go crazy trying to help?

I guess they've been a bit too busy with other things of more priority as it's being over a day so far.

Or maybe they found the problem. I wonder? 😉
