You don't turn a G4 into an Intel.
AGP has nothing to do with it. AGP is the name of the slot the graphics card uses.
An Intel machine uses an Intel processor (CPU) vs the PPC CPU of a G4.
If you want to use the latest version of FCP, you will need a newer Mac that has an Intel CPU.
