In the Finder - Services in Leopard menu I noticed there was something called Opera. When I opened it, I quickly realize that its just Opera web browser. I really can not honestly remember if I installed it myself for not but regardless of how it was installed, why is it in this menu?

Anyone have any idea?

Did not come with your OS so you must have either installed it or a program you have downloaded did the deed.

Do you have any Adobe products installed? I forget which program, probably Dreamweaver, comes with Opera when you install it. Not really sure why and I don't know why there's an option in services for Opera, but that's most likely how it got there.
