Since everyone was so helpful with my ancient MacPro questions I thought I should ask about my fiance's older MacBook which has also started to act up. 1. Her MacBook will randomly freeze and need to be reset by holding the power button, does not seem to be a pattern, there can be one program running or many. 2. Also when booting up, sometimes her airport will not work and it will just say "no airport card installed". This also will just happen in the middle of a session sometimes. Restarting will usually solve the problem but sometimes it takes several attempts. Hardware Overview: Model Name: MacBook Model Identifier: MacBook5,1 Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo Processor Speed: 2 GHz Number Of Processors: 1 Total Number Of Cores: 2 L2 Cache: 3 MB Memory: 2 GB Bus Speed: 1.07 GHz Boot ROM Version: MB51.007D.B03 SMC Version (system): 1.32f8 Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
