I have an iPad 8th generation running iOS 15.6.
My question is a way to increase the default font size in Notes? If so, how do I do it?
Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

You can't for Notes exclusively, but there's a more global setting that may help.

EDIT: I take that back! If you have iOS 15, it's very much possible to adjust the font size for Notes exclusively.

Wow! I hope everybody reads this post. I was not aware of this. Fantastic on my iPhone SE 2. I just increased the size globally then reduced it as required for a few specific apps.
The system preference > Text Size only works with Dynamic Text.

That's good to know, but too late for people like myself who need larger size font and their old iPhone can't be updated to such a iOS version, but no problem, I solved it by buying an Alcater Flip 3 cellphone that allows selective larger text and a lot of other nice features aimed at seniors.

The Alcatel Go Flip 3 if this is the one you are referring to:
Is a great little phone for the price and been around for a long time in preceding versions, I even tried one myself about 5 years ago. The new version is probably even better and still allows access to emails and WhatsApp storage expansion with a 32GB MicroSD card and a number of other handy apps. I believe the new one comes with Google Assistant and VoLTE for voice calls. Screen Shot 2022-08-13 at 9.07.34 am.png

That's the one.

As I mentioned previously I am very pleased with the phone and it's functions and it also has several other features that other phones in its class do not have.

Hey it's even got features that not even an expensive iPhone has that I can now really appreciate using.
