no sound on windows 10 MacBook Pro Mid 2012

there is absolutely no sound. (even with headphones)
i have installed drivers but it doesnt work

Your Mac's Specs
MacOS Sonoma
Make sure that the Windows Audio Endpoint Builder service is enabled and running in Services.msc.
You need to check the correct playback device via Settings, Sound.
Then you need to check the volume level via the volume mixer as they can differ.
