Hello all, I haven't posted here but wasn't sure where else to go. On Monday, I was forced to go to the Apple Store and have my HD replaced, which fortunately cost me nothing and the people at the Genius bar were very helpful. They restarted my Mac and the guy tried to tell me how to recover my files at home, but I couldn't access the same "systems" page to recover my files. I backed up my files on Time Machine, a back-up software called Student Backup and on an external hard drive. However, I cannot figure out where my files end up after it says that they have been restored. It says "Copying files to 'volumes' folder" but i cannot find that. Please any advice is welcome. Thanks, sorry for the long read
