I'm sorry if it is wrong sub to ask such question, but is there anyway to the address find by phone number? My Irish friend has some health problems and he hasn't appeared online for three days and we are worried, is there any way or website to find home phone number attached to his place of living so we could ask someone else he is living with?

You might try the local police and ask them to do a welfare check on your friend. They may have a phone/address lookup capability that would be better than you trying to find it online.
