moving itunes,song,movies on another hd?

Hi guys, just wondering what might be a good approach to this...my hard drive( 80gig) is starting to get full and i was thinking of putting itunes (music and program too?) pics and movies on another hd...is there an easy way of doing this? i have a few spare hd that had windows on them, and i'm willing to format them and use them for storage. let me know.thanks
