Macbook won't go past setup.

I have changed my hard drive and data cable 3 times and still having the same issue.

It boots up to the welcom screen fine but when i go through the installation it gets to network and will not connect to wifi or etherent. Then when i get to sign in with my apple id it will blue screen and restart the installation process.

Any advice would be greatfuil

If you can get into your Recovery partition, try to run First Aid, on the drive and partition. If that doesn't help, you can give these a shot, testing after each one.
