Quick question I can't seem to find any answer to. Can the flash storage module be booted externally like HDDs or SSDs? By external I mean physically removing it and connecting it via USB or similar. If this is possible, what type of connection does it use?

Thanks in advance.

No one is going to be able to answer your question without knowing first which flash storage module you have? However, you can go to Mac Sales (www.macsales.com) and see if they have an adapter for the flash storage your Mac uses. With an adapter, you should be able to boot from the flash storage module the same as from a spinning hard drive in an external carrier.
