The bookmark file for Safari is located here: MacIntosh HD/Users/your user name/Library/Safari/bookmarks.plist Note however, Lion hides the user Library. In order to display the user Library and its files do this: Open the Finder. Click on "Go" from the top menu. Now click on "Go to folder" and enter "Library" in the dialog box that opens. From there you can navigate to the bookmarks.plist file. Restoring that file from the Time Machine backup should restore all the Safari bookmarks.
