Looking to buy 1st. Mac Used

I am wanting to buy a used MAC so I can learn and use. I can buy the following which is the all in one with the small base with all the hardware built into it for about $200. Would this be a good starter or should I look for something else? Keep in mind I need something affordable but good.

That's not a bad deal, but still shop around.

You will find a 800 mhz G4 will struggle with playing large video files and utube pages

Ok so what would be the minimum processor size you recommend? I like these due to the fact that they are an all in one unit and have nice monitors. Sould I look for a newer version of OS also???
