Two popular ones are <a href="http://www.titanium.free.fr/english/onyx/index.html" target="_blank">OnyX</a> and <a href="http://personalpages.tds.net/~brian_hill/macjanitor.html" target="_blank">MacJanitor</a>. They'll make the limited maintenance that OS X requires very simple and easy to perform. I personally use OnyX because it has more features and allows you to also change some settings in OS X.</p></blockquote><p></p>
