Thanks everyone for all the help. I've installed Office now and go that all taken care of. I was asking about the filesystem because when I ran Super Duper it was asking for a firewire drive and wanting to reformat it. I have transmission and it works great, but I've been having a harder time on the client side. Acquisition works pretty well, but the constant pop up and bouncing dock icon are a little too much of a bother for me. Yeah sorry about the mistake, I have a 2.4 MacBook Pro. I guess Ill have to keep some money aside for an upgrade then. How much do these usually cost? I photo has a pretty nice interface, but it tends to want to make everything into a huge library, while I like to keep most of my pictures on an external drive, with only a few on my machine. iPhoto in my experience doesn't work that well for browsing and organizing photos on a separate drive. I did find a program called iPhoto manager. Does anyone know how well this works? So is Vista fully compatible? I thought I read somewhere that Apple's drivers were only fully supported on XP, is that true? eliehass, could you tell me what makes you prefer VMWare over Parallels? I've been trying to find the advantages to each program, but I usually end up with outdated articles.
