Is my A1181 an actual Core Duo model?

Hi, I have an A1181 coming in the mail and the seller says its a Core Duo, but the underside on one of the photos says ©2007, and the listing also says 2007, while the Core Duo was discontinued in November 2006. Am I confused about the Copyright year, or am I actually getting a later model?
