So you have confirmed both the cable and charger are working, plugged in and switched on. What make you think it is not charging, you have to help us help you

OK, then we'll just wait to see what Apple tells you, since we aren't looking at your phone and aren't going to be able to provide any other assistance.

@Jagsfish, you've been a member since 2012 and have 63 posts to your name, so you must realise that help can only come your way if we have as much info as possible.

For example: details about the iPhone 13, such as version, current iOS, (perhaps even storage capacity and amount of space left if you can get in to it)

When did the charging issue happen? And was it gradual or sudden?

Can you still get access to the iPhone when it is attached to a power source even though it doesn't charge? - or is it "dead"?

If you can get access, use Settings > Battery and give as much info as you can including "Battery Health & Charging" and the date of "Last Charged to 100%".

All these are basic requests which anyone would need in order to help you - including Apple BTW.
