iPad Air2 will not start

27" iMac mid-2011, ipad.Air 2', iPhone 8+.
When i turn on my iPad all I get is the small circular lines but nothing opens. After about 30 seconds, it stops. Turning on again, same result iPad should be fully charged. I have been using the original charger that came with the iPad. Never dropped it or anything. Is this iPad busted?

Problem fixed. Found how to reset on Google. Alles gut.
