As stated above. There's a lot in this update IF you reside in the EU and some other new features even if you dont.
There is also a iPadOS 17.4 update.

Same here. macOS 14.4 Release Candidate also available so expect the real McCoy and time soon, I guess :)

And you get all those wonderful new EU requirements as well, Side loading of apps from alternative app stores, NFC access to third-party payment apps, Third-party browser engines and more.
