Hi all, hoping someone can give me some insight into the problem i'm having, a day of google searching at work hasn't turned up anything. I have an iMac G5 that's been running fine, until two nights ago when my dog ripped the power cord out of the wall while it was running. I plugged it back in and it was on a delay starting back up, but then ran fine. But when i tried to put it to sleep (I generally never shut it off, just put it to sleep when not using), the 'snoring' light never turned on, the light just turned off completely, and it started making this really loud whirring noise i'd never heard before. First Aid found no problems, and I'm not sure how to fix this problem. Any advice? There are no external hard drives or printers connected to it. Thanks!
