So I put two and two together and for awhile four was bliss. The three hundred and twenty gigabyte drive was working perfectly as an external drive. Then something went wrong. I may have accidentally partially incorrectly sent the three hundred and twenty gigabyte drive as a RAID (before knowing really what it was). I know I should not have even been messing with it but I saw it in the disk utility and I was slightly curious as to what it was, but did not want to risk my internal hard drive of my current laptop, but I am not even sure that is the source of the problem, but I figured the more info on the situation the better and a better chance of getting it fixed, so I admit my mistake. Anyway, when I plug my three hundred and twenty gigabyte drive in it dims the entire screen locking it and tells me to hold the power button until the laptop shuts down and to restart. upon restart and login, after unplugging the three hundred and twenty gigabyte drive's usb plug from the laptop or we get no where but an other dim gray screen telling me to once again hold down the power button to shut down, I get a little screen informing me my laptop was forced to shut down (What a shock I would have never guessed) then it gives me this lovely long report that I have no idea what
