From Desktop, use Cmd-F. Type in the two words you're seeking. To replicate what you're trying to do, I used Cmd-F and then typed in Classic Answers (a document I have on my desktop). Finder got Classic first and displayed all its findings, and then switched to items with both words. The whole process took about 2 - 3 seconds.
