I have a MBP Retina mid 2012. I had it connected to a time capsule and it working well. I have installed Sierra, and now I am not connected to the TC. I think I need to reboot the TC, but how do I do that?

If you can't get to the Time Capsule using the AirportUtility.app ( Applications/utilities ) then disconnect the power from the Time Capsule , wait a few seconds and power it back ON again.

In the AirportUtility.app, select your Airport, then from the menu bar select Base Station , then select restart.
