With help from this forum members I now know how to clone OS X and BootCamp for two separate external drives, one for OS X and another for BootCamp.
My question now is how to clone these together or clone entire internal SSD drive of Macbook to one external USB drive. Is this feasible?

You don't. SuperDuper nor CarbonCopyCloner will do the OS X partition. Winclone 5 by Two Canoes Software is the best I believe for the Windows partition. Cost is $40.00.You will still need two partitions on the external.

Twocanoes Software – crazy good software

And we can add one more app to do the job: Paragon Hard Disk Manager from Paragon software. It will clone OS X and the Windows partition at the same time. BTW, it's currently on sale 20% off at Paragon or you can take a look at our members deals forum.

Wow. Didn't realize it could do that. I think I picked that program up recently in one of those app bundles where you got to choose so many apps for a set price. Glad this was one I picked.

My understanding is it can be done by using either Winclone or Paragon Disk Manager for Mac. Difference is Winclone requires two independent processes, one for cloning OS X and another for BootCamp, while Paragon Disk Manager for Mac allows creating clones of OS X and BootCamp in one process. In either way, OS X clone and BootCamp clone are created on one drive with two partitions.

My question now is what are shown on the Boot Manager for clone drive attached Mac for Start/Option key pressed. Does it display OS X, BootCamp(Windows), and two more which are cloned OS X and cloned BootCamp(Windows OS)?

I was interested in this thread after having to clone my sister in law's Windows 7 pc. I used Clonezilla and noticed it was compatible with HFS+ also. I haven't tried to do it yet, because I am not using Boot Camp at this time, but it does look like it is possible according to this blog, from 2011.
