I think that if someone has spent $1000-$1500 dollars or more towards a new computer...that seems to be a pretty big commitment in my mind. So I would consider someone a switcher if they've made the choice to purchase a Mac computer. If they decide at some point after purchasing the computer (whether it's 1 month, 6 months, or a year, etc.) to sell the computer & go back to Windows exclusively...if they sell the computer or just stick it in a closet somewhere...the I would say they are no longer a switcher, since they are not an ongoing user. Of course it also depends on how you define "switcher"...are they considered: - someone who was a 100% Windows user, and is now a 100% Mac user? - or someone who was formerly a 100% Windows user, but now someone who use's both OS's from time to time depending on their needs? - Nick
