Imac 27" 2020 2TB 32 Ram 5K Retina
I have the Iphone 12 Pro plus Ipod Touch 7th generation, and I was wondering if getting the Homepod Mini is worth it. When the wife is out at work I end up always getting up to turn on the radio, I have Apple music so is it worth it just for that.

IMO, it is worth it. I have 6 throughout the house and use all of them daily. Having something playing on your iPhone and bringing it near the Homepod so it can take over makes is pretty slick.

This Homepod mini is such a great sound using the iPhone 12 Pro, might even get another one.
