I'm hoping someone who actually understands this stuff can help me! ;) I've designed a website for a friend for an event that is to take place on a beach. I came across b2evolution, and was interested in it's capability to facilitate the use of MMS from mobile phones to update weblogs (http://b2evolution.net/man/2004/06/17/post_by_mms_howto). My idea was that if I built a b2evolution blog into the website, then people could make updates to the site live from the beach. But...the server that is hosting the site only supports PHP and not the also required MySQL without a huge upgrade fee that this small organisation cannot afford! Does anybody know of any way that I could implement a similar idea for free? Ideally I'm looking for a way that I can make emails/sms/mms messages appear on the website.
