Hello, I have an iMac. I recently noticed that my built in isight was not working when I tried to do a skype chat with a friend. After checking the USB and seeing that it was not recognized and reading online what I should do, I figured out that I need to reset the PRAM. I was using a usb keyboard so I had to get out my original wireless one. When I tried to connect it, I realized that the bluetooth was "not available". So I went into system preferences to try and fix it, but found that the bluetooth option was not even on the hardware panel. I looked online to see how I could fix this and most of the answers said to reset the PRAM. How do I reset the PRAM without the keyboard shortcuts??!! Is this something I can fix myself or am I going to have to call the apple store?
